LSMs (Local Store Marketers) serve as our community liaisons educating the locals about our business, practices, and representing the best of the company’s values and hospitality. The LSM also informs the customer base about various services offered at the restaurant and the careful preparation and scratch-made details of our food. You would be expected to not only sell our restaurant services but deploy specific grass roots marketing tools. You will be responsible for connecting with key contacts that the local restaurant owner provides (as well as searching out your own contacts with businesses in the area), executive corporate team, partners and general manager, as well as being a key liaison between our restaurant and the community. In summary, you will be responsible for executing a consistent, disciplined, and measurable program that tracks actions and results.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Selling our catering services
Working with a brand ambassador and presenting our brand to the community in a compelling way
Create awareness of our brand at local events we participate in
Set up, schedule, and lead food shows to high value guests
Research and reach out to new customer base
Correspond with key community contacts and guests
Collect and maintain a local database of community and business contacts
Maintain a calendar of marketing activities
Complete daily and weekly recaps of activities

We are looking for someone who embodies the following:

Strong meeting and presentation expertise
Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook (required)

We work in sales and retail, maintenance, but what we focus on mostly is advertising as our company works strictly off of a word of mouth basis alone. So networking is going to be a big part of the job, you must also own your own vehicle and be at least 19.
The pay is $887.00 bi weekly, bonuses are available and paid every Friday. There is also an $800.00 sign on bonus after 60 days (Sign on bonus is void in case of tardiness). Our days and hours are extremely flexible as well.
